I write and share thoughts for those who approach it in good faith. The writings are primarily intended for me to polish my ideas to a higher standard. The secondary purpose is to point the way for my kin of spirit, and to welcome those who will reciprocate it by nudging me onto the path.

Don’t let the academic format fool you on the seriousness of this project. The references and structure are for the sake of communication and utility to the reader. I moderate my use of slang and feel that jokes break the pace of the posts, but will use them where I see fit.

I make plenty of errors regarding facts and specific framing. I am not a trained philosophers, nor do I know the entire depth of the literature I reference. You might also notice that I am not declaring bias or describing my method of approaching subjects. These things detract and slow the process down, especially if I were to repeat them at every instance. I am biased in how I approach subjects, but I keep an open mind in how I let new facts and perspectives shape my outlook. I have already encountered much of the world, so don’t believe that your case needs to sway me. I don’t see an issue with this approach, as it doesn’t invalidate my purpose for writing, but it might confuse some people.

It is difficult enough to explain the truth to yourself, the effort to explain it to another is magnitudes greater. Don’t miss the forest for the trees, or don’t get stuck in what the Buddhists would call ’the thicket of opinions:’ me and my intended reader might not agree on the fine details, and that is okay. What we are more likely to agree on is the orientation of the general spiritual path we need to walk. The remaining disagreement should be proportional to our different natures.

I will not monetize or add any adds to this page. I ask myself: would I like to visit a page that does X? or would I be willing to pay for Y? and the answer is almost always no. While I wouldn’t pay for someone’s work, I would consider donating to special few people. But since I am not in a need of money, keep yours and if you need to give something, give your honest appreciation.
